A company needs to know each employee's ability reduce accidents that happen workers due a lack of study on ergonomic principles. The research was conducted at construction producing paving blocks in Kediri. production capacity the is 1000 paving/day. In 2017, three work were caused by fast pace reaching tired phase while working. Pulling, lifting, and putting down carrying weighty loads repetition frequency intense activities trigger stress body parts affect worker's performance. purpose this assess provide recommendations for improvements have hazardous risk value based MFA NERPA assessment methods. method shows with dangerous (high/very high) transportation activities. For method, risks 3 finishing station final score 7. Recommendations improvement are posture improvement, physical environment facilities.
